Do you only operate in Réunion Island? +

No, we operate in both Réunion Island and Île-de-France. For remote work (monitoring, support, administration), we cover the whole of France. Remote support accounts for 80% of our interventions.

What is your response time in the event of a failure? +

Our guaranteed response time is 2 hours during business hours. For critical incidents (server down, data loss), we respond immediately. An on-call service is available outside business hours.

Can I subscribe to a single service? +
