Our guaranteed response time is 2 hours during business hours. For critical incidents (server down, data loss), we respond immediately. An on-call service is available outside business hours.
Can I subscribe to a single service? +
Yes, our services are modular. You can choose only technical support, or only backup. However, full managed IT services offer the best value for money and the strongest protection for your business.
