Where does ECLAUD IT operate?
We provide on-site services in Reunion Island (headquartered in Saint-Paul) and in the Paris Region. For remote support — monitoring, administration, troubleshooting — we cover all of France. 80% of our interventions are carried out remotely.
How much does an outsourced IT department cost for an SME?
The budget depends on the number of workstations and the service level. Rates range from €30 to €120 excl. VAT per workstation per month. For an SME with 15 workstations, expect between €750 and €1,200 excl. VAT per month on the Standard plan. We perform a free audit before providing a tailored quote.
