Is ECLAUD IT certified by these partners?
We are a Microsoft CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) partner, which allows us to manage our clients' Microsoft 365 licences directly. For Fortinet, Acronis and others, our teams are trained and certified on the products we deploy. Certification guarantees deployment in line with vendor best practices.
Can I keep my current equipment if I switch to ECLAUD IT?
Absolutely. We audit your existing infrastructure and only recommend replacement when it is justified — end of warranty, obsolescence, security risk. We also manage heterogeneous environments (mixed Dell, HP, Lenovo) without issue. Our goal is not to sell you hardware, but to make yours work.
How do you choose between Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?
The key question: do your teams already use Excel intensively? If so, Microsoft 365. Google Workspace is better suited to teams that primarily collaborate on text documents and presentations. We analyse your actual usage before making a recommendation — and we migrate in both directions.
